Frequently asked questions
How does it work with several nurses in one practice?
The subscription is per person. The owner who subscribes lifts the practice's limits and can invite members. Everyone keeps their own account and credentials.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time, from your Apple account, Google Play or your customer area depending on where you subscribed. The change takes effect at the next period.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your account simply returns to the free plan and its limits. Your patients, tours and transmissions stay accessible.
Is my health data protected?
It is hosted in France by an HDS-certified health data host, and never leaves the European Union.
Subscription terms
This is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand. Payment is taken on renewal.
Cancel where you subscribed: your Apple account settings, Google Play subscriptions, or your customer area for a subscription taken out on the website.
Available to healthcare professionals acting in the course of their business. As such, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
