Unreadable to anyone without the right
Photos and voice notes are encrypted one by one before being stored. Only members of your practice can read them, according to their role: a substitute sees what the day requires, an administrative assistant nothing clinical.
How it works
Open the patient
From the round in progress or from the patient list, in two taps. News for the whole practice? The general note needs no patient.
Dictate, type or photograph
Whatever is fastest right then, on the doorstep as much as in the car. Add a type if it is pressing: “Urgent”, “Fall”, “Wound”.
The team knows
The handover appears straight away for your colleagues, in the practice's feed and on the patient's record. You then see who has read it.
Health data treated as health data
Photos and voice notes are encrypted, restricted to your practice, and hosted in France with a provider certified for health data (HDS). Even our notification emails name no patient. That is the least a photographed wound deserves, and what the law expects of a care record.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, secured and encrypted. They stay attached to the patient's record and can be replayed by authorised members of the practice, like a written handover. The feed can be searched by word, by author and by date.
Only members of your practice, according to their role: an administrative assistant sees nothing clinical. No other practice can reach them, and even our notification emails say nothing about them.
The app needs a signal to send the data. Without a signal, dictate or take the photo anyway, keep the handover on screen and send it as soon as the signal is back, often before you have restarted the car.
