The calculation looks at more than distance: it accounts for fixed visiting times and how long each treatment takes. Fewer detours, fewer fill-ups, and time handed back to your day.

Start the morning round and confirm each stop as you leave the patient. Even while you look at something else in the app, the round stays at the bottom of the screen, with the next patient on it.
Directions in one tap
One button opens directions to the next patient in your usual maps app, at the exact address. No street name to retype in a hurry in the car.

Add your patients, their care and their appointments in the calendar. A dressing at 8am sharp? Enter it, and it will be respected.
Let it calculate
Create today's round, tap “Optimize”: the order of visits arrives in seconds. Not happy with it? Move whichever appointments you want by hand: you know the ground better than anyone.
Hit play
Patient by patient, everything is in front of you: call, text message, directions, previous handovers and a new one, route details. Progress stays on screen, and the next patient is one tap away.
Your patients' data, hosted in France and kept separate
Your rounds and your patients' addresses, appointments and handovers are hosted in France, with a provider certified for health data (HDS). No other practice can reach them.

Yes, and it is meant to work that way. The automatic optimisation is a suggestion, calculated in seconds: move a patient, slot in an emergency or pin a time whenever you want. You know your area better than anyone.
Nothing is lost. The round in progress and the stops you already confirmed are saved: pick up where you left off, from the home screen or from the round itself.
Yours. Tournée Facile opens directions in the maps app installed on your phone (Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze…) instead of forcing its own.
