Frequently asked questions
Do I need to enter my card to try it?
No: the first 10 days of Pro are yours from signup, with no card. It is only asked for if you want to carry on with the 20 extra days, from the website, and nothing is charged before they end. You can stop at any time during the trial, at no cost.
How does it work with several nurses in one practice?
The subscription is per person. The owner who subscribes lifts the practice's limits and can invite members. Everyone keeps their own account and credentials.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time, from your Apple account, Google Play or "Manage subscription" in the app settings, depending on where you subscribed. The change takes effect at the next period.
How does Tournée Facile's price compare with other software for independent nurses?
The free plan has no end date. Pro costs €5.99 a month on the yearly plan, €7.99 quarterly or €10.99 monthly, VAT included, where practice software for independent nurses usually sits between €15 and €40 a month, with no free plan, for a comparable scope. This price is a choice. The Tournée Facile app was created for our own relatives, independent nurses, and we know their daily life: long days and the many costs that pile up, contributions, car, equipment, software. Some vendors take advantage of it to charge a lot for tools that should stay affordable. We chose a price that beats any competition, so that as many independent nurses as possible benefit from our technology.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your account simply returns to the free plan and its limits. Your patients, appointments, rounds and handovers stay accessible.
Is my health data protected?
Yes, it is hosted in France by an HDS-certified health data host, and never leaves the European Union.
Subscription terms
This is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews at the end of each period unless cancelled; on the App Store and Google Play, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is taken on renewal.
Cancel where you subscribed: your Apple account settings, Google Play subscriptions, or "Manage subscription" in the app settings for a subscription taken out on the website, at any time. A trial cancelled before its end is never charged.
Available to healthcare professionals acting in the course of their business. As such, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
