Frequently asked questions

If you have questions about Tournée Facile, you will most likely find the answers here. We answer independent nurses' frequently asked questions on this page.

Getting to know Tournée Facile

An app for independent and self-employed nurses: optimised rounds, a shared practice calendar, handovers as text, photo or voice note, patient records, pill organiser preparation and a monthly visit report. One account, on the web, iPhone, iPad, Android and Mac.

Independent nurses, on their own or in a practice, and their substitutes. You can also invite an administrative assistant, who organises the calendar, the documents and all the paperwork without seeing anything clinical. The offer is for healthcare professionals only.

Create your account on the website or in the app, with no card. Open your practice, add your first patients and schedule their visits: the first optimised round is generated automatically, available from the home screen or the “Rounds” tab. The “Planning your round” guide walks through every step.

Yes. The Demo page is a guided tour of the app in under seven minutes, with chapters and a full transcript. And the free plan lets you try it with your own patients, with no time limit.

The What’s new page lists every release with its date. On the web, just reload the page; on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android, the update comes through the App Store and Google Play.

Pricing and trial

No: the first 10 days of Pro are yours from signup, with no card. It is only asked for if you want to carry on with the 20 extra days, from the website, and nothing is charged before they end. You can stop at any time during the trial, at no cost.

No. It has no end date and needs no card: unlimited patients, records and written handovers, 3 round optimisations a week, 20 calendar appointments, pill organisers for 5 patients. The Pro plan lifts those limits from €5.99 a month including VAT.

The subscription is per person. The owner who subscribes lifts the practice's limits and can invite members. Everyone keeps their own account and credentials.

Nothing is deleted. Your account simply returns to the free plan and its limits. Your patients, appointments, rounds and handovers stay accessible.

No commitment, at any time. From your Apple or Google account settings if you subscribed through the stores, or from “Manage subscription” in the app settings if you subscribed on the website. The period already paid remains due, and your account then returns to the free plan without losing anything.

Practice, colleagues and substitutes

From the practice settings, you send an invitation by email and pick their role. Your colleague creates their account, accepts the invitation, and immediately sees the practice’s patients, rounds and handovers. Inviting members is part of the Pro plan.

Owner, associate, nurse, substitute, assistant and viewer. The owner and associate run the practice and its members; the nurse provides care, writes handovers and invites; the substitute does the day’s clinical work without committing the practice beyond it; the assistant organises patients, calendar and documents without seeing readings or treatments; the viewer sees the practice without being able to change it.

Yes. Add them for the duration of the replacement with the right role, then revoke access once it's over.

Only members of your practice, according to their role: an administrative assistant sees nothing clinical. No other practice can reach them, and even our notification emails say nothing about them.

No. The separation is enforced on our servers: data that isn't yours is simply not findable, not merely hidden.

Rounds, calendar and handovers

From the addresses, the imposed times (fixed slots, visiting windows) and the duration of care. The calculation takes a few seconds and stays a suggestion: you keep the final say on the order and can rearrange the stops at any time.

Yes, and it is meant to work that way. The automatic optimisation is a suggestion, calculated in seconds: move a patient, slot in an emergency or pin a time whenever you want. You know your area better than anyone.

Yours. Tournée Facile opens directions in the maps app installed on your phone (Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze…) instead of forcing its own.

Not yet. It is on the roadmap. In the meantime, the Tournée Facile shared calendar stands on its own and covers the practice's planning.

It needs a signal to sync, which is what guarantees the whole practice sees the same version. Without coverage at a patient’s home, dictate or take the photo anyway, keep the handover on screen and send it as soon as the signal is back.

Health data and security

In France, on HDS-certified infrastructure (French health data hosting certification).

We host your data to hand it back to you, and nothing else: it is neither sold nor mined for advertising. Even our notification emails name no patient.

Yes. The practice is the data controller and Tournée Facile its processor: a data processing agreement is published on the website, the privacy policy details every processing operation, photos, voice notes and documents are encrypted at rest, and our emails never name a patient.

Yes. Your data is yours: you can ask for it to be exported or deleted, as the GDPR entitles you to.

Directly in the app: Settings, then “Delete my account”. The app tells you beforehand what will be deleted and what happens to your practices. Only the data the law requires us to keep is retained, for as long as it requires.

Devices and installation

Android phones and tablets (Google Play), iPhone, iPad and Apple silicon Macs (App Store), and any browser on a computer, with nothing to install. One account, the same data everywhere.

On mobile, the app installs from your device's store. On a computer, a browser is enough.

Yes. Data is synchronized: what you save on one is sent to the other instantly.

You sign in with your account and find your practice, your patients and your rounds. Nothing to transfer.

Invoicing and the NGAP fee schedule

No, and that is not planned. Invoicing requires an accreditation and a SESAM-Vitale chain we do not hold yet. The report is there so you can read your month back calmly before entering it into the accredited software you already use.

They apply the agreed tariffs, the rule for combining associated acts, and the uplifts that follow from context: single act, Sunday, night. We do not yet calculate mileage allowances, uplifts that depend on your clinical judgement, or caps. Every affected visit says so, and the date the tariffs were last checked appears under the total.

No. Tournée Facile organises the practice's day — rounds, handovers, records, observations, documents, calendar — and the visit report helps you prepare your invoicing. But invoicing itself will be done in your usual software.
