Welcome to Tournée Facile. I'm Hakim, and I'm building Tournée Facile with Simon. Let me show you how the app works.
On the home screen, you'll find the pill organisers to prepare, the documents to renew when they are about to expire, the practice's statistics and tips on using the app.
To create patients, go to the Patients tab. You'll find your patient list there if you've already created it, or you can create a new patient by tapping the button. You enter the first name, the last name and the address, used for optimisation. Then whatever else you need, for example their phone or a relative's phone. And everything is in the patient record: details, vital signs, documents and pill organiser.
Once your patients are created, you go to the calendar. As you create your patients, you create their appointments at the same time, and you'll find the list of their appointments. This button gives you different views. Here, I pick the timeline view, for example. I can see every appointment, and some of them overlap: all of these can be done between 6 and 7 a.m. When I create an appointment, I set a time window. For example, I can visit this patient any time between 6 and 10 a.m. For this patient, it's a quick care, so I enter 10 minutes. I go there every day, so I turn on recurrence. The care lasts two weeks, so I set an end date. I select my patient, if I create the appointment from the calendar. I can add the nursing procedures. Then I create the appointment. Once created, it joins the others in the list of appointments.
When all my appointments are in, I go to the Rounds tab. I see the rounds I've already created, and I can create a new one. Let's create one for today, for the appointments between 5 a.m. and 1 p.m. I assign it to myself, or to a colleague. My start and end addresses are already selected. I create the round.
The round picks up every appointment that falls within its time window. You can see I have a fixed time at 5:40: that's the first one. When I tap Optimise, it should automatically move to first place, since it's a fixed time at 5:40 and I want to start with this patient. Right now, number 1 is LYSE Anna, and number 2 is ANSANGUIN Bill. I optimise. The constraints I chose when creating the appointments have been respected. I leave home at 5:30 and reach the patient at 5:40, as planned. I do the 5-minute care and leave at 5:45. I leave this patient at 5:45 and reach the next one at 5:53, and so on.
On the day of the round, I open the Tournée Facile app. My round is right there on the home screen. I can start it. I visit each patient, one after the other, with their details at hand. I leave home, and I can navigate to their place. I arrive at the patient's, and I check the handover notes before going in. I ring the bell, the patient doesn't answer: I can try calling them, or send them a text if needed. I can also call the neighbour, whose number is shown right here. When I finish the care for this patient, I can write a handover note. "All is well." I send the handover note. It's been added. When I'm done with this patient, I move on to the next one. I navigate to their place. The route is calculated automatically. It goes straight to my car if I have Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. I can still call the patient, or call a relative, see the handover notes written for this patient before, write a new handover note, and so on. I go through my day, patient by patient.
At the last patient of my round, I can still navigate, send handover notes… Then I confirm the last visit. And I get a summary: 30 visits done today, 56 km driven, and the care I provided brought in €563.43. I finish: my round is marked as completed.
If a colleague did the round, I can see their handover notes right in the Handover notes tab. There I find the latest handover notes that were written, with photos and voice notes. I can search them, for example by typing "dextro". I get every handover note where "dextro" appears in the text, across all patients. I can mark a note as read. If it's a note I wrote myself, I can edit it: I change the text. I can also delete it.
Of course, Tournée Facile works as a network with your colleagues. They get real-time notifications for handover notes and rounds, and for new appointments. I can invite them by sending an invitation to their email. They install the app and join the practice by accepting the invitation in their notifications. Invitation accepted: this is the user who sent the invitations. Thanks for watching, and see you soon on Tournée Facile.
