You no longer have to create your rounds: they are created automatically from the appointments, with break detection. You can re-optimise a round already under way using your location, and you are notified live of your colleagues’ changes. New notifications appear when a round is about to start or when a handover note is added. In the settings you can unsubscribe from each notification, every email has its own unsubscribe link, and the default start and return addresses of your rounds can be changed.
Rounds
- You no longer have to create your rounds: they are created automatically from the appointments. A break of at least one hour splits the day into several rounds (“Morning”, “Afternoon”, “Evening”). The break length is set in your preferences or for the whole practice.
- From the home screen, “Optimise and start” computes the route and starts play mode. If your start and return addresses are missing, you are asked for them once and they are saved.
- You can re-optimise a round already under way using your location: only the remaining stops are re-placed. You can also recompute the whole round.
- Rounds follow the diary, recurring appointments included. An appointment edited since the last optimisation shows a “Modified” chip.
- You are notified live of your colleagues’ changes on the open round.
- A stop left off the route shows the reason and the fix: missing or unknown address, conflicting fixed time, unreachable or passed window.
- New rounds screen: filters, search, a summary for each round, duplication that keeps the route.
Play mode
- New layout: progress in the round, arrival and end-of-care times, delay, Call, SMS and Navigate buttons.
- Today’s pill organiser is prepared from the stop.
- Documents to renew are shown on the stop: you can photograph the new document on the spot or mark the old one as renewed.
- At the end of the round: “Navigate home” and “Back to the last patient”.
Appointments and patients
- Repeat is on by default on a new appointment, the care duration can be remembered, and the time window reads “earliest” / “latest”.
- A summary of the appointment is shown before it is created, and points out what is missing.
- The same procedure can be added several times to an appointment.
- The date of birth is shown on the patient record.
Getting started
- The first-round guide adapts to your practice: it starts at the first appointment or the first round if one is missing.
- A six-minute presentation video is available from the home screen, with chapters and captions.
Notifications and emails
- New notifications screen: unread and read, mark all as read.
- New notifications: when a round is about to start, when a handover note is added, and when your trial starts or ends.
- In the settings screen, you can unsubscribe from each notification.
- An email is sent when a member joins or leaves your practice.
- Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe from each category of email independently.
Settings
- New settings screen: account, addresses, practice, round preferences and notifications.
- The default start and return addresses of your rounds can be changed in the settings.
- The practice owners can set, for the whole team, the break length that splits a day into several rounds.
Fixes
- An empty round no longer shows “1 visit”.
- A patient’s age is calculated from their birthday.
- Buttons use the same font as the rest of the app.
