Your patients' addresses stay yours
Your rounds and your patients' addresses are hosted in France, with a provider certified for health data. No other practice can reach them.

Yes, and it is meant to work that way. The optimisation is a suggestion: move a patient, slot in an emergency or pin a time whenever you want. You know your area better than a calculation does.
Nothing is lost. The round in progress and the stops you already confirmed are waiting for you: pick up where you left off, from the home screen or from the round itself.
