Notifications & real time

What your colleague writes, you see straight away

The note your colleague just wrote reaches you while you're still on the stairs — no refreshing, no calling to check.

Today, without Tournée facile

  • You call your colleague to find out whether the care was actually done.
  • Two people ring the same patient's doorbell, for want of up-to-date information.
  • You find out about an important instruction… the next morning.

With Tournée facile

  • Your colleague's handover appears on your screen the second it is written.
  • A badge tells you whether anything happened while you were out on your round.
  • Information reaches you while it can still make a difference.

What it actually changes

The practice, synced live

A handover written by one member appears for the others without anyone reloading anything. It is alive, like the practice.

One badge, and you know

Back from your round, a number in the navigation tells you whether there is anything new. Nothing to open to find out.

An email that gives nothing away

If an email lets you know, it never names a patient: just an invitation to open the app. On a locked screen, at a pharmacy counter, it reveals nothing.

Fewer calls, fewer duplicate visits

Information travels without anyone having to chase it. Time saved there is time handed back to the nursing.

How it works

1

You open the app

The live connection sets itself up, on phone and on computer alike. Nothing to switch on.

2

The practice is alive

Every handover, every change that concerns you is flagged the moment it happens.

3

You stay in charge of the flow

The badge clears as you read, and everything stays available later, at a calmer moment.

Live doesn't mean less careful

What travels live is only a signal: “there is something new”. The content itself only arrives once we have checked you really are a member of the practice. You never receive information from a practice you don't belong to.

Frequently asked questions

No. Only what concerns your practice and your patients comes through, and the badge simply flags what you haven't read yet — it doesn't ring, it doesn't buzz, it waits.

Yes. Real time behaves the same way on mobile and in the browser, with the same account.

Never. Our emails are pointers and nothing more: no patient name, no handover content. Everything is read inside the app, after signing in.

Handovers

Text, voice note or photo: the handover goes out in seconds and stays attached to the right patient.
