Patient records

The whole patient record, in your pocket

The door code, the daughter's number, the last blood pressure, the current prescription: everything you'd want to know before ringing the bell, in a record that reads one-handed.

Today, without Tournée facile

  • Information scattered across a notebook, a phone and a printed route sheet.
  • The daughter's number nowhere to be found, on exactly the day you need to call her.
  • A photographed prescription asleep in the phone's gallery, and an observations notebook nobody can find.

With Tournée facile

  • One record, up to date, in front of everyone in the practice who should see it.
  • The numbers that matter a thumb away, straight from the round.
  • Observations and prescriptions filed in the record, not in your camera roll.

What it actually changes

What you'd want to know before ringing the bell

Contacts, exact address, family around them, daily habits, the dog that barks and the lift that's out: the details that change a visit are written down.

Observations, reading after reading

Temperature, blood pressure, pulse, saturation, blood sugar, weight: every reading carries its time and the name of whoever took it. The latest values jump out, and a curve shows whether it is going up or down.

The photographed prescription, in the right place

Photograph it at the patient's home: it joins their record, encrypted, with its date and its expiry. An expired prescription is spotted at a glance, before it becomes a problem.

Made to be read standing up

The record fits a phone screen, one-handed, in a stairwell. You don't have to sit down to find something.

How it works

1

Create the record

Identity, address, contacts. The address then feeds the round calculation and the directions: you enter it once.

2

Fill it in as you visit

The care and how often, the observations taken at each visit, the prescriptions photographed on the spot.

3

Let the record live

Every handover adds to the history. The memory of the follow-up is no longer in your head, or in your colleague's.

Records hosted in France

Records are hosted in France with a provider certified for health data, and restricted to your practice. Your patients stay your patients: we host their data to hand it back to you, and nothing else.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Your data is yours: you can ask for it to be exported or deleted, as the GDPR entitles you to.

Yes: prescriptions, lab results and reports all fit in the Documents tab. Files are encrypted and never leave your practice, and you can note the document's date and its expiry.

No. Tournée facile organises the practice's day — rounds, handovers, records, observations, documents, calendar — and the visit report helps you prepare your invoicing. But invoicing itself stays your usual software's job.
